Class Description: There most difficult cut of meat to master is the chicken breast -- dry when overcooked and inedible when undercooked. Join us for a foundational technique class for properly seasoning and pan roasting chicken breast to juicy perfection--and you'll learn to use the pan drippings for a finishing sauce as well.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, rotational hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Technique Classes are 45 minutes in length, and are limited to 20 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and observing for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a taste of the dish
  • Students receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class
