Menu: Roasted Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp with Aged Balsamic - Sweet Pea Ravioli with Basil-Mint Pesto and Crispy Bacon - Marsala Wine Gelato

Class Description: Recreate the magic of summer in Italy right in your own kitchen. In this fun, hands-on class, our instructor will show you new ideas for using seasonal favorites like asparagus, sweet peas and fresh herbs. You’ll enjoy working alongside your classmates as you practice creating homemade ravioli—from mixing, rolling and cutting dough to filling and cooking it to perfection. We’ll walk you through the steps for making pesto and a classic roasted appetizer. Plus, we’ll add a little dolce (sweetness) by transforming one of Italy’s most popular wines into a creamy gelato.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
