Class Description: "This is my invariable advice to people: Learn how to cook -- try new recipes, learn from your mistakes, be fearless and above all have fun." --Julia Child

We love how Julia Child made classical French cooking accessible to everyone. Following her lead, our instructor will teach you techniques for mastering some of Julia’s most popular recipes. Practice searing a pepper-crusted steak, infusing mashed potatoes with garlic and whipping egg whites for a quintessential French dessert: vanilla soufflé. Bon appetit!

For each cooking class spot sold Sur La Table will make a donation to benefit The Julia Child Foundation.

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
