What are the dimensions of this pot in the 8.5 qt size?
A shopper on Dec 10, 2015
BEST ANSWER: 14" long 11" wide x 5" tall to the top rim of the pot without the lid or handles included.
I have a large oval La Cocotte that has the numbers 13" and 33 stamped on the inside of the rim. It measures 13" lg x 10.25 wide x 5" h from the outside with the lid off. Can you tell what size this is? My son wants one for christmas ?
James H on Dec 10, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately, no. The number stamped onto the lid doesn't have anything to do with the size or when it was produced.
How much do they weigh, with lids?
A shopper on Dec 13, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The size of the cocotte is not specified, but I bought a 8.75 quart pot from Sur la table. That size weights about 18 pounds. The size that is 5.75 quarts weighs about 13 pounds.
