Description

Enjoy rich, aromatic Turkish coffee brewed in this traditional copper vessel. Coffee prepared in the Turkish method is ground extremely fine, stirred into water until the grounds sink to the bottom of the pot and heated until just boiling, when it is removed from the heat. This process is often repeated several times, resulting in a thick, extremely flavorful brew with a dense head of dark foam. Enjoy black or add sugar to the pot with the coffee to create a syrupy, sweet brew. The perfect gift for those who appreciate a touch of ritual with their favorite brew.

Very happy!!
While not the heavy/solid pot you'll see in Greece/Turkey, this does a great job and I use it most every weekend.

What parts of the turkish coffee pot are brass, cooper and tin? Pls let me know. Thank you. Roxana
roxana i on Jul 6, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Basically, what you see in the picture is what is copper/brass. The handle is very sturdy and heavy from a metal construction perspective. The boiler is fine and good construction but is lined (at least) with a silver/aluminum material. I researched before I bought and was able to figure out what it was but can't recall offhand. Regardless, it makes wonderful coffee and I use it most every weekend. Have even given a few as gifts. It isn't the real heavy, solid design like you'd see in Turkey/Greece but I'm quite satisfied with the product.
Is this item 100% copper inside and out? I'd like to ensure that there's no tin and the only brass is on the handle.
A shopper on Dec 18, 2014
BEST ANSWER: That silver/aluminum material is called Tin
Will this work with an induction stovetop?
supermjr on Dec 4, 2014
BEST ANSWER: No, this is not induction compatible.
How many cups of Turkish coffee can it make at one time?
A shopper on May 6, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I think it makes one cup/mug. I gave it to my daughter (tea Lover) as a Christmas gift.
