This will be a hit at any gathering!
Very easy to use and the curls produced are just beautiful! Remember to keep the Tete de Moine cool as a warm cheese will not curl properly. Cool cheese produces light, airy curls without effort. Quality heavyweight board and stainless steel blade.

Had cheese cut in this style at a restaurant and loved it. It really brings out flavors in cheese in a way you've never had them before. Having the cheese sliced so thinly really allows all of the nuances to come through.
