I have had a John Boos Cutting board for many years. My son decided he wanted one, but with the feet & juice groove, so this is a Christmas gift for him!

I love these boards and wanted one with the small feet so moisture does sit underneath he board and warp it.

I know this has feet on the bottom, however can you still turn it over to use the other side (working in the center of the board?)
Mary Ann N on Feb 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes you could but it would be unsightly as the metal feet with screws & black plastic rubber pads would be sticking up...the bottom center would work tho...same as the flip side just with feet!
