They work!
I used the mini baking cups to bake brownie bites. They did not stick to the parchment! In the past, I would oil the pan but it was never a given that the brownies would not stick to the pan. Plus, it was time consuming trying to lift them out without breaking them. These parchment cups are the answer. I've tried regular mini paper cups but half of the brownie stuck to the paper when I removed them. Not a problem with the parchment. The brownie didn't come away completely from the parchment but it's a HUGE improvement over regular paper cups. I gave it four stars instead of 5 because I wish they came in different colors.

Love 'em, but expensive
Superior non-stick, but a bit expensive. Will buy again when needed, but may look for a better deal elsewhere. Thankfully I bought on sale.

My son is getting into baking and he likes things that are plain and practical. These look a little more "manly" than the decorated paper liners.

Neutral color lets decoration stand out. Dark batters don't show through as much.

Per gentleman at your Naperville, IL store, these are non-stick, and the mini size is right for the intended use, which is for bite size desserts @ my daughter's bridal shower. Also the right color as it is a solid neutral color
Nancy B on May 30, 2016
So low fat muffins will not stick to the paper.
Linda H on Apr 10, 2016
always use parchment when I bake
Victoria M on Apr 1, 2016
I cook wonderful and popular cheese, broccoli cornbread muffins every Thanksgiving and Christmas, but despite using nonstick pans, they need to be heavily greased. Still they stick. Clean up is impossible. I go through all my pans. Cupcake papers don't work. I am optimistic these will be the answer. Hopefully, these parchment cups will save me so much work that I will look forward to clean up.

I tried to order PaperChef Large Baking Cups. The picture had large on the box, but when I was asked to choose a size, only standard and mini came up, so is large the same as standard?
Jane K on Mar 6, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes. I made cupcakes yesterday with these baking cups from Sur la table. I used the "large" (=standard, maybe 3" across the top of the cake) with my regular cupcake/muffin tins and used the extra batter in the mini baking cups in a mini tin.
Are these parchment cups offered in a "jumbo" size? Sur la Table offers their own "jumbo" bake paper cups, which are great, but not out of parchment.
A shopper on Jun 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes they are, but Sur La Table doesn't carry them.
