Fleur de Sel: This Guatemalan Fleur de sel is great for everyday cooking or as a finishing touch on fish, poultry, vegetables, caramel, bread, butter and more. The “flower of salt” boasts delicate, granular crystals and balanced minerals for a mild flavor that enhances any dish. Produced in Guatemala. Packaged in USA.

Sel Gris: This mineral-rich replacement for commercial kosher salts brings a bright, bold taste to grilled ribeye steak, roasted lamb or chicken, Brussels sprouts, root vegetables and more. Sel gris boasts coarse, moist crystals with impeccable balance and surprising suppleness given their heft. Produced in France. Packaged in USA.

Flake Salt: Fresh New Zealand seawater is evaporated using natural sun and wind power to create this amazing salt. With delicate flakes and a striking flavor, this all-purpose salt works beautifully on green salads, sautéed veggies and desserts such as chocolate mousse or bread pudding. Large, pyramid-shaped crystals feature an intense salty flavor and lend a brilliant silver color and startling texture to any meal. Produced in New Zealand. Packaged in USA.
