Description

Skim, strain and lift food with ease. The large perforations drain liquids from food, while the extra wide and flat base retrieves the smallest bits of food from the base of pans and handles delicate food with care. It’s even great for grilling. Created with the chef’s comfort in mind, the round handle fits nicely in hand and is ergonomically angled with perfectly balanced weight. Polished head is designed for beauty. The loop on the handle allows the skimmer to be hung for easy accessibility.

Is this the best spoon for poaching eggs?

BEST ANSWER: I have not used it for that purpose but I think it would be great. I have used it mostly for handling large and fragile ravioli but it should work very well for poached eggs.
