Staub Loaf pan
I am so, so, so pleased with my Staub loaf pans! I made banana bread yesterday and it had a beautiful crust and moist crumb. It released from the pan like a dream and the clean up was so easy! Just wash out and no cleaners other than dish soap needed. I am so happy to be rid of all the harsh cleaners I had to use on my aluminum pans to keep them clean. This is my fourth piece of Staub and I am planning on continue to collect the pieces until I have replaced all my aluminum bake ware!

Great pan
I have used it for baking coffee cakes and it excellent. Cakes are perfectly done and they don't stick to the pan. Very easy clean up.

Staub cast-iron loaf pan
Very happy with this loaf pan. I made meat loaf and baked it in this pan. It turned out beautifully with a crispy top, but not too crispy.

Kathy P on Jan 28, 2017
Cast iron loaf pan has a great size and lid that makes itself much more versatile than other cast iron loaf pans (Le Creuset). Furthermore cast iron is a superior cooking surface compared to 99% of the other cheap aluminum metal/ceramic surfaces that are on other types of loaf pans.

I have other Staub products and they are exactly what I want. After years of usage I am still happy with them. I was looking for a Loaf pan that I should not have to replace.

Love making Jim Lahey's no knead bread in a pot, but wanted a loaf pan as an alternative to the classic dutch oven. This works great and we use it all the time.
