Can you color marzipan with liquid food coloring?

BEST ANSWER: Liquid isn't recommended because it can change the texture of the marzipan.

BEST ANSWER: The Wilton red color will NOT change the flavor of whatever you are making. It is just a great color - go as light a red or as deep a red as you would like.
