Description

Fresh herbs are a great way to add flavor, but it can be hard to keep them tasting their best. This handy tool makes it easy to add herbs to any dish—simply mince your favorite herbs, add them to the silicone tube with a little bit of olive oil, and place it in your freezer. Once the herbs are frozen, simply squeeze the Herbstick base until the herbs are exposed, then slice into ready-to-use rounds, melt directly into the pan or grate over a finished dish.

Can this be used for garlic and what would be the best way to prepare the garlic?

BEST ANSWER: I have used it for garlic butter mix, which I make by pulsing garlic cloves, parsley, basil, salt & butter. For all garlic, I would pulse it, add some olive oil, and pack it in tightly.
