Ultra-efficient conduction requires less heat—use lower heat settings than required with traditional cookware to achieve the same results.
Use with butter or a high-smoke-point oil. Avoid using cooking sprays or low-smoke-point oils—like extra virgin olive oil—for high heat cooking. Those oils can break down when overheated and leave residue on the pan, causing food to stick. To remove residue, gently scrub with a sponge and water.
Avoid cutting food in the pan. Small cuts in the coating will cause food to stick.
Never leave an empty pan on a hot burner. Allow cookware to cool completely before washing to avoid warping. Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. During storage, place a protective sheet in between pans to minimize wear and tear.
