I enjoy working with the Perfect Pastry Blend because the texture of the baked goods come out light and not too heavy. Perfect for cookies, brownies, quick breads and muffins.

I only use the Perfect Pastry Blend flour for my pie crusts. It is amazing. Once you have tried it, you will use just regular flour. I tried to pick up in store, but they no longer carry it. Hated paying the shipping but it is worth it.

I have been trying to find type "0" flour to help me make French Croissants, but haven't been able to get it inside the USA. I noticed this pastry flour and thought it would work.
