Description

Rich with the complex flavors of dark Deschutes® Black Butte Porter beer, this whole-grain mustard is amazing on a ham sandwich, topping a burger or for dipping your favorite pretzel.

Made just for us, this mustard is made with all-natural ingredients and contains no preservatives or MSG.

Try these recipes using Porter Mustard:

Mustard Pork Chops
  • 2 pork chops (about ½ pound each)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ cup hard cider
  • 1 tablespoon Porter Mustard
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream


Put thicker chops between plastic and pound to 3/4” thick. Heat oil in pan and cook chops over medium high heat for about 5 min per side until done through. Remove pork and keep warm. Add cider to deglaze the pan and whisk for about one minute to combine with the fond. Add mustard and cream continuing to whisk for 2 minutes. Pour sauce over pork chops.

Baked Chicken with Honey-Porter Mustard Glaze
  • Chicken:
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh herbs (if available)

  • Glaze:
  • 1 tablespoon Porter Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper & herbs for 1 hour in refrigerator or up to one day. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a baking pan (large enough that chicken is in one layer) and place chicken skin side down.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes before turning chicken. Continue to bake for another 10 minutes. Whisk glaze together and brush or spoon over chicken. Broil for 5 minutes. Spoon the pan sauces over chicken and rest for 5 min before serving.
