Because it was collapsible and had a downward angle which makes it easier to spiraling ..... gravity helps.

It's for a young chef and the built in adjustable blades will add to the safety of use. Folding for storage and gravity feed are also great features.

Been waiting for a spiralizer that stores well and looks simple enough to use. Hope it's sturdy and lasts long, love that it was on sale, too.

Can it be used to make pasta?
A shopper on Dec 5, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No, it can't. It's only used to spiralize fruits & veggies.
Does this tool work well? Is it worth purchasing?
Bernie on Jun 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I love it. I put a flat cutting board under it so the spirals don't get on the counter. It makes beautiful spirals. I am definitely happy with it. :-)

Trying to assemble. I can't get the blade part to snap in. Any tricks to this??
Josie C on Jan 31, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Place the blade into the bottom first then draw it up between the clip. Apply a bit of pressure as you twist the blade(s). Don't be afraid to push it. This piece has 4 sides to it. Three sides are the blades and the fourth side does not cut. Make sure that this fourth, non-cutting side is positioned towards the back (opposite end) of the spiralizer before snapping in place.

Close the cover and have fun. ...... hope this helps and hope this is successful for you.
Is there enough space to hold onto the bottom as well as turn the handle?

BEST ANSWER: Sorry , I have this as gift. To someon faraway. Far away
