Easy to clean and use!
Easy to clean and use! My stainless sifter seems to always got clogged if I added to mcuh flour or powdered sugar, it’s not the case with this sifter. I was amazed how easy it was to use, just dump your ingreident in the top and pull the string.

Works well enough
Flour does not fall level into the measuring cup. Some flour gets left in top attachment and the pull string/lever is tricky. I need to use a knife to remove the flour sifting screen which is over the measuring cup.
