I received this as a gift but I can't get it to work. How is it supposed to work?
A shopper on Mar 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: First, it must be fully charged. There is a electrical cable/plug for this purpose. Once the device is fully charged (overnight or so), just place the device over the wine bottle cork. The pressure from placing the device on the cork will automatically engage the screw and pull out the cork. Once the cork is removed, the device will automatically reverse and release the cork. You do not have to remove the foil around the cork top. Hope this helps. I love mine.
