Performs beautifully
I bought this to compare to the Demeyere proline. This pan heats up nicely, has a comfortable handle, sears beautifully, great for deglazing, cleans up in a snap. Hefty weight so it stays put on the burner. I think it performs the same as my Demeyere proline, plus the AC is American made. Just wished there was a 10 piece AC d7 collection or more pieces.

Great Pan
Heavy, but very even heat. I love this pan

Best handle
I love the d7. It has the most comfortable handle. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have come out with a full line of it.

Slow, even heating, holds a great quantity of food, super easy to clean, my new go-to pan for sauteeing and stir fry.

I was looking for a skillet designed to work well with an induction range. It appears that was one of the high priorities in this ones design.

Will my d5 lids fit d7 skillets?
A shopper on Aug 31, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They'll likely fit, but it won't be a tight fit. Typically lids aren't meant for skillets so they're never a perfect fit.
