Description
Specially made for Bradley Smokers, these all-natural hardwood bisquettes will infuse your food with a deliciously smoky flavor. When used in tandem with a Bradley smoker, the bisquettes produce smoke that’s up to four times cleaner than smoke from loose chips in a pan or burn box.
Available in a variety of woods to suit different recipes, these bisquettes arrive in a pack of 120.
Available in a variety of woods to suit different recipes, these bisquettes arrive in a pack of 120.
- Five Flavor variety pack includes 24 each of: apple, alder, mesquite, hickory and maple wood
- Alder bisquettes are most commonly used with fish and seafood because of their milder flavor, and can also be used when smoking pork and poultry. The light, slightly sweeter flavor provides a smooth flavor for your food
- Apple wood bisquettes produce a lighter, fruity and slightly sweet aroma. A member of the fruit tree family, apple wood is traditionally used when smoking port and poultry and can produce some of the best smoked ribs
- Cherry wood is both sweet and flavorful. It pairs perfectly with chicken and cheese, and can also provide a mild smoked flavor for beef and pork
- Hickory, a popular wood for smoking that’s considered by many to be the best wood for pork, boasts a rich flavor that’s excellent with any meat
- Jim Beam bisquettes are made from the oak barrels of Jim Beam Bourbon
- Maple, a favorite for smoked salmon, is also great when smoking a tuna steak, seafood, poultry, wild turkey, vegetables and cheese
- Mesquite has a strong, hearty smoke flavor which complements beef, venison and wild game but can also be used with fish, pork and poultry. Nothing says Texas like mesquite-cooked beef brisket.
- Oak bisquettes are rich in flavor and excellent with wild game or beef
- Pacific blend bisquettes produce a light smoke that’s perfect for poultry and seafood
- Pecan, a cousin to Hickory wood, is a winner with wild boar, pork, beef, venison or poultry
- Special Blend bisquettes are the all-purpose bisquettes of the Bradley Smoker line—they complement everything well!
- Whiskey Oak bisquettes are made from oak whiskey barrels
