Description

HAND MADE Great for baking classic apple pie, tart key lime or savory quiches, Emile Henry’s mini pie dish is sized perfectly for two—or one, we won’t judge. Burgundy clay diffuses heat evenly for gentle cooking and beautifully browned crusts. As pretty as it is practical, this oven-to-table baker features a cream-colored interior, eye-catching painted exterior and a fluted edge for easy crimping.

The durable, attractive glaze is resistant to both scratching and chipping and will not hold baked-on food, so cleanup is always easy. Thanks to high thermal resistance, this mini pie dish can go directly from the freezer to a hot oven. Produced one at a time, each piece of Emile Henry cookware is formed and hand-finished by skilled artisans.
