Description

With the Kalamazoo Freestanding Smoker Cabinet, you can cook traditional, live-fire barbecue in your own backyard. This sleek smoker cabinet, thoughtfully made with durable stainless steel and porcelain, has a sophisticated appearance that blends well with Kalamazoo grills or any existing outdoor kitchen.

The 42-inch, freestanding cabinet contains three adjustable shelves (17" x 25" each) and boasts 3.86 cubic feet of space—enough for three whole briskets, nine rib racks, two large turkeys or a variety of food to serve a crowd. The insulated, gravity-fed design and computer-controlled blower simplify temperature control and produce even, efficient heat; a single seven-pound load of charcoal can maintain an ideal smoking temperature of 225°F for up to 16 hours.
