Can you cook with olive oil in this pan? Typically non stick pans do not recommend using oil.
A shopper on Feb 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: We have had our pan less than 1 week and the instructions say not to cook with olive oil.
What's the precise diameter of the flat part of the base that is in direct contact with the stove/heat? 10“ and 8“ pan, please.
A shopper on Jan 25, 2018
Do these pans have a pouring edge?
A shopper on Jan 19, 2018
The non stick on my skillet does not seam to be doing it’s job as food is sticking, especially eggs. Is this normal?
A shopper on Feb 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: If you use a little oil or butter sticking will not be a problem. Having said that my skillet does not seem to stick even without oil. Did you use a brillo pad to clean the pan? Just use a wash cloth or soft scrub brush.
Can you use induction?
A shopper on Jan 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this line is induction compatible.
What is evershine? Is it a chemical? Does it emit toxic fumes when heated?
Shirley R on Jan 29, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Evershine technology is applied to the exterior and handles of the cookware to help keep it looking brand-new. This collection is completely toxin-free.
