Description
From Wüsthof, renowned cutlery makers since 1814, comes the Wüsthof Grand Prix II line. Each knife is precision forged from a single piece of specially tempered carbon stainless steel for superior strength and laser cut for a precise edge. It takes 40 major manufacturing steps–from forging and tempering to grinding and polishing to create the legendary performance Wüsthof knives are famous for.
The santoku’s curved blade helps facilitate the rocking motion used for chopping, and the width is perfect for crushing garlic or scooping sliced food off a cutting board. Dimples on the blade create air pockets that reduce drag when cutting and prevent food from sticking.
Web exclusive: This product is only available online.
FEATURES
PRECISION EDGE TECHOLOGY (PEtec)

EASY TO MAINTAIN
Each knife is precision forged from a single piece of carbon stainless steel that resists stains and corrosion and features an easily restorable edge.
USER– FRIENDLY HANDLE
Full tang handle offers excellent ergonomics and perfect balance for effortless cutting. Plus, the durable synthetic handle is seamlessly fitted to ensure the best hygiene.
SYMBOL OF QUALITY

Is this knife good for cutting meat?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this great knife will cut anything but is too large and bulky to be appropriate for carving or cutting around bones. OK for a boneless roast.
