Highly recommend
I'm impressed! At first I was a little apprehensive when I smelled it after racking. A bit citrusy on the nose but after taking a taste I figured that was due to the hop flavor. It has a very nice IPA hop aroma and flavor. Not quite as hop-forward as I'm used to with west coast IPA's, but very good. And this was with using the whole pouch of yeast for fermenting. I let it ferment for about 9 days then took a refractometer reading. Took another the next day and had no change so I figured it was ready. Put it in the fridge for a cold crash and racked it this morning. Very clear, very little trub. This one goes on my "brew again" list.
