Crafhouse tips:

• When working with mint, go easy on it. You want to gently press out the sweet oils in the herbs. Shredding it will lead to a bitter, "cut lawn" taste.
• Don’t soak your muddler or put it in the dishwasher. Keep it looking great by simply rinsing off and wiping down with food grade mineral oil.
• Your muddler can be the tool to create perfect crushed ice. Fill a linen napkin with ice, pull up the corners to create a bag and give the ice a good whack. The napkin will absorb the excess water and you’ll be left with beautiful pebbles.
