Works as promised. Easy cleanup
I make corn bread with this. Heats evenly, cleans and stores easily. Really is nonstick so baked cornbread is easy to remove.

Do you precut the dough into mini triangles before adding to the scone pan?

BEST ANSWER: No precutting needed. Place a small piece of dough into each triangle, Press the dough, one triangle at a time, into its shape and even with the top edges of the triangle. That’s all.
Does this pan work well for shortbread?

BEST ANSWER: I love this pan for scones. It never sticks, always comes out perfect! However, I have never used it to make shortbread.

BEST ANSWER: I found 2 yummy looking recipes. Follow the directions as written, but place them in the scone pan rather than on a baking sheet.
