These classic seasonings are brought together by salt guru Mark Bitterman to give you a quick, easy seasoning that makes all your favorite foods come alive. Hand-harvested fleur de sel is carefully infused with fresh-cracked organic tellicherry peppercorns to become your new all-purpose salt. Rub on grilled steak, and then add more at the table. Mix into hamburgers or home-made party mix. Sprinkle over avocado toasts, hard cheese, shrimp skewers, or pasta carbonara. Apply liberally to roast chicken, or stir into cheddar biscuits dough.

In 2012, Bitterman Salt Co. was officially established to proudly back the salt with a name that matches the mission of Bitterman Salt Co.: to bring flavor to life through salt.
