love this pan!
used this for the first time to do Valentine's Strawberry cupcakes. The pan is so non-stick, I could pick up the cupcakes by their tops to remove them from it! Clean up was also a cinch, a light soap/water wash and it was all done! I loved how all the cupcakes baked evenly, and the pan did not warp at all in the baking process. I actually have most of this Platinum collection, and am equally happy with the whole line! Well worth the extra money for a premium non-stick that does not have Teflon

If you have the means...
I highly recommend you pick one up.
I was a pastry chef for a while and these are the best pans that I have worked with.
If you have the cheaper pans you will instantly feel the difference. These are stronger which will help your products keep their shape and live up to all the banging around that muffin pans go through.
In this line I don't like the sheet pans because of the ridges but I will keep recommending these muffin pans.
Oh yeah, Made in the USA

"The most truly ""nonstick"" bakeware"
I have a Platinum Professional mini muffin pan, a muffin pan, a cake pan, a cookie sheet, and two loaf pans, and I am glad I shelled out the extra cash.
They don't scratch like other nonstick bakeware, so they don't need to be replaced. I have had my bakeware for a year and they look exactly the same as they did when they were new.
They are heavy-duty and wash easily since burnt bits and pieces don't stick. Muffins, cookies, and bread come out with less-than-minimal effort -- it's just like picking them up off of a plate.
The only downside I have experienced is that when I leave bread in the loaf pan to cool, condensation collects on the bottom and -- if I leave it more than 5 minutes -- it will wet the bottom of the bread. But because these are *so* nonstick, there's no need to leave the bread in the loaf pan at all. (Maybe the condensation happens in any loaf pan -- I used to bake freeform bread before I got these.

Best bakeware by far!
I absolutely love these pans. I bought two of these at Christmas time to make mini cheesecakes and fell in love. I've since added 2 9"" rounds, the 13x9, 8x8, 9x4 and added 2 jellyroll pans today. (I live two blocks from the store and at the end of one of our daily walks, I stop in occasionally to browse. My husband even enjoys stopping in!)
I appreciate they are made in USA in my hometown of Pittsburgh. Lifetime guarantee. Can't really get any better than that

Loved It
The pan is sturdy, and baked perfectly evenly browned mini muffins. I have no complaints, and the non-stick surface is really non-stick. Fully recommend.

This is great
USA pans are the best. They are sturdy, never stick and bake like a dream. If you are hesitant to try them don't be. I am in process changing all my bread pans, cookie sheets and cake pans over. You will not be sorry.

Awesome pan that cooks even and releases well
What to say more? Besides the benefits listed in the title, USA Pans are very attractive and don't have the muffin cup seals in a place that catches a lot of gunk from cooking like some muffin pans do.

Perfect pan
I've been using muffin liners, and even with liners, there is a little spill over when filling them. just a little water and a soft washcloth, and the baked batter came right off. I want a second so I can rotate filling and baking.

Just used this for the first time to make gluten-free cupcakes and the lightly-browned bottoms stuck in the bottom of the cups. Any tips or does the non-stick not work with GF?
BEST ANSWER: I have not baked gluten free cupcakes, but I have used my pan for a variety of cupcakes & muffins...I even baked layered wonton wrappers hors d'doeuvres in my pan and nothing has ever stuck in the cups. I have a gas oven (the heat source is from below) so I bake on the rack just above the middle rack and have excellent results. Maybe you could try that. Also, although I haven't had to do this, but depending on your oven and your cupcake ingredients, maybe you can try lowering the oven temp a bit and baking a bit longer ...or spray an ever-so-tiny amount of oil on the bottom of the cup for better results. I truly love my pan and wish you luck with your gluten-free recipe!

What size muffin liners do these use? Standard mini ones? Does surlatable sell them?
BEST ANSWER: This pan uses standard mini-muffin liners, available anywhere (grocery store, craft store, big-box retailer, etc.). I don't know if SLT sells mini-muffin liners but you can pick them up inexpensively elsewhere. Platinum Pro is made by USA Pans; available at a few different stores (not just SLT) but absolutely the best bakeware I own. I recommend it highly.
