EXCLUSIVE ECO-FRIENDLY Developed just for Sur La Table in Pittsburgh, PA, by USA Pan, our commercial-quality mini loaf pan meets the highest standards for performance and durability. Each piece in this set is constructed with the same features found in the best pans in the industry.

Thick aluminized steel offers superior heat transfer, corrosion and rust resistance, and excellent durability. Each pan’s thickness is based on years of performance data to deliver perfectly even heat distribution and a lifetime of use. Steel wire is added to pan rims for extra strength and resistance to warping. Our Platinum bakeware is manufactured with 65% recycled steel.

Unique fluted design with corrugated construction maximizes strength and impact resistance, and resists warping and denting that can occur with use. Textured surface allows airflow under baking food for beautifully even overall results and easy release every time.

In addition, our eco-friendly nonstick silicone coating is specifically formulated for baking and contains no PTFEs or PFOAs. The most advanced coating available, no other surface releases food and cleans up more easily.

Bakes eight mini loafs at once. Made in the USA. Mini-loaf dimensions: 4" long x 2½" wide x 1¼" deep. Pan measures 15¾" long x 11".

Care & Usage Show

  • Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent using a sponge or nylon pad. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly
  • Use only silicone, nylon or wooden tools. Do not cut in the pan or use sharp metal utensils. Do not heat beyond 450°F
  • Wash before first use

Love this!
As soon as I received this pan, I started using it, and it is amazing! It's well made and non-stick so it can stand me using it over and over and over again. Plus, it doesn't need any nonstick spray to get the product out at all

Cutest mini loaves EVER!
The silicone coating you can't feel at all. I've had mine for a year or so now and it's not peeling the least little bit at all like my other non stick pans I've now tossed. This is my 2nd piece of this line and I absolutely believe these are the best pans ever. I make mini chocolate chip banana nut loaves in this pan and put them in little cellophane bags tied with ribbon for little Christmas gifts. I've not had one little loaf stick at all and I love not having to use that horrible non-stick spray. I have cookie sheets from this line too and both have worn absolutely wonderful. Simple to wipe clean with a dishcloth. I even bought one of these pans as a gift for someone that bakes and she raves about it every time she uses it. Perfect for small cookie bars and homemade granola bars too.

Very Easy To Use!
I now wish I'd bought two of them. My usual dough recipes yield enough to fill two of these, so I usually fill one and then make a loaf of the remaining half. I love the collection of mini-loaf pans held together. It makes placing and removing them from the oven a breeze, just like a muffin tin. The loaves lift right out of the pan after baking. I highly recommend this item.

I used my two new 8-mini loaf pans today for the first time. The pans are attractive and seem to be well made and sturdy. I did notice that some extra care was required to remove all of the batter residue from the cracks around the loaf cups where they are inserted into the pan frame. Toothbrush/toothpick action perhaps. A word of caution. The instructions with the pans did say to be aware that things in these pans may cook faster than expected. How true! Remember that the volume of these cups is minute compared to other pans (even other mini-pans). My recipe called for my date nut bread to be baked at 375 degree for 45-50 minutes (for a standard large loaf). I decided to check at 20 minute to see how things were going. The loaves were already done and had started to burn on the bottoms.
Next time I will reduce the temperature (to 350 from 375) and start checking progress much earlier. I also will rely more heavily on internal temperature of the loaves (about 200 degrees) to hopefully avid a repeat of today's experience. (I did salvage most of the "toasty" loaves (not all were burned) with some skillful kitchen surgery with a very sharp bread knife. Hopefully no one will notice :). They still taste fine....

This is the perfect pan for making mini loaves (banana bread, pound cakes) I love the quality of this Professional line that I have been replacing all of my baking pans. LOVE them.

Excellent mini loaf pan
I bought two mini loaf pans and they are a perfect size for making small loafs of bread. The pan is very sturdy and easy to pick up with the wide edges around the pan.

Best mini loaf pan!
I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but this pan and the large loaf pans, work so well that i just had to. They are the perfect individual size and when you're done baking, they lift right out. Loved it so well, that i'm buying a second!

How many mini loaves does a standard loaf recipe make? In other words, how many standard loaf recipes do I need to make to fill all 8?

BEST ANSWER: For one standard recipe (for one large loaf), I was able to divide the better into 8 smaller loaves.
How do you adjust the time and temperature of a recipe to use the mini loaf pan?

BEST ANSWER: I would bake the recipe with the same degrees but half the time it requires. You can always tell when the bread double its size and have a rich golden color or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and turn the pan over into a wire rack.
What is the capacity of each well in mini loaf pan? Thanks for the information.

BEST ANSWER: According to the description, it is: 4" long x 2½" wide x 1¼" deep, which basic math tells us is 12.5 cubic inches or 0.865804 cups, 0.4329 US pints, or 6.926407 US fluid ounces. I can't relate it to recipes because each person measures differently when they build a recipe.
