How deep is this tart pan?
A shopper on Nov 8, 2012
BEST ANSWER: This tart pan is 2"" deep
What is the diameter across the bottom? What is the capacity?
Heidi W on Dec 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The diameter across 8.5" but it is taller than a regular pie or quiche dish. I use a dairy case unroll pie shell and make a generously deep tart with lots goodies, 8 eggs, 2 cups cheese and 2 cups of Half/half. The tart bakes perfectly, comes out of the pan great and is a full 2+" tall all around and in the middle.
Do you sell just the bottoms for these pans? I have the top part but the bottom is MIA
Laurie S on Aug 20, 2015
BEST ANSWER: We don't sell replacement parts for these pans.
