Is the handle on this smooth stainless or is it brushed stainless steel?
andrea m on Jun 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The handle is most likely brushed, it has a satin finish. But more importantly it doesn't show finger prints.
By the why it works wonderfully.
Will this slice Munster cheese without shredding it?
A shopper on Aug 17, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have not tried Munster, but I have done Havarti, and Fontina, which I consider to be "soft-ish" without problem. I have been very happy with this utensil and would recommend it. if you are pre-slicing before an event you can put the cheese in the freezer for a few minutes to firm it up a bit.
