can this spoon be used for basting?
A shopper on Nov 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes (although a turkey baster might be easier for a turkey). An entire ounce, or 30ml -- or a shot glass, fit in the spoon and the pointed tip will make it easy to direct flow. I can see skirting around herbs & veggies in a roasting pan and gathering liquid and spooning it back on top being fun! I use the spoon for stirring and serving mostly, as it fits on my Rosle wall rack and matches other Rosle utensils, however.
