Trout with Onion and Bacon

Serves: Makes 1 to 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 small trout
  • ¼ cup bacon
  • ½ onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • salt and pepper


Procedures:

Versatile trout gets infused with delicious onion and bacon for a impressive savory main dish. For use with the Lékué Steam Case.

Filet and debone trout and place in tray.

Finely chop the onion and bacon and spread over fish. Season with salt and pepper.

Place in a preheated oven at 400° F for 45 minutes.

Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
