Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients
- BBQ sauce
- 6 pork ribs
Procedure
For use with Lékué Steam case
Pour a few tablespoons of barbeque sauce into the bottom of the Lékué Steam Case.
Lay the ribs down in the case.
Pour more barbecue sauce on top of the ribs, ensuring that all areas of the ribs are covered. Use a pastry brush to spread the sauce evenly.
Close the lids and microwave for 12 minutes at 800 watts. Adjust time as necessary to ensure meat is properly cooked.
Be careful when opening the lids; steam will be very hot.
Add garnish of your choice and serve.
