Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp, Parmesan and Lemon Juice

Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 1 serving angel hair pasta
  • 7 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Dried parsley


Procedure
Cooking time in microwave: 7 minutes.

The Lékué Pasta Cooker is much faster than making pasta on the stove-top because you don’t have to wait for the water to boil, plus, it’s a 3-in-1 pot, strainer and mixing bowl.

* Testing conducted on 800W microwave. Follow the packaging instructions and adjust to your microwave and tastes.

Place the pasta in the Lékué Pasta Cooker. Add enough water to cover the pasta. Place the lid on and cook in microwave for 4 minutes.

Remove lid and add the shrimp to the container. Replace lid and cook for for an additional 6 minutes.

Remove from microwave, flip the lid and drain the water.

Add the olive oil and lemon juice directly to the container, then add the Parmesan cheese.

Gently mix around to coat the pasta and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with a little dried parsley and parmesan cheese before eating.
