Peach Bellini
Serves
For a 2-gallon beverage jar
Ingredients
  • 120 ounces soda water
  • 80 ounces peach juice
  • 8 teaspoons grenadine syrup
  • 2 bags frozen sliced peaches
  • ½ to ¾ bag of ice

Procedure
The Bellini originated from world famous Harry’s Bar, which has operated since 1934 in Venice, Italy. This non-alchoholic version uses soda water instead of Prosecco and contains a touch of grenadine for a healthy, pink glow. Either white or yellow peaches work well with this drink. You can also substitute raspberry juice for the grenadine.

Pour the soda water, juice and grenadine right in the beverage jar and stir until thoroughly combined. Add ice and sliced peaches, stir again and serve.
