Southern Sweet Potato Fries or Chips

Serves: Makes 5 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1¾ pounds sweet potato
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar


Procedures:

Preheat Air Fryer on to 320°F.

Cut sweet potatoes into small fries or thin chips.

Place sweet potatoes into a bowl and add the next five ingredients. Mix well.

Place in Air Fryer and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Open drawer and toss, then place back in Air Fryer for a final 15 minutes.
