Fried Rice

Fried Rice
Serves
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
  • 4-6 Chinese Pork or Chicken Sausage
  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 6 Eggs (2 without yolks)
  • 2 cups Jasmine rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil


Procedure
Cook the jasmine rice (day old rice is best).

Scramble the eggs and set aside using 6 eggs (2 without yolk).

Add oil and brown the onion, Chinese sausage and cooked rice for 5-10 minutes.

Add scrambled eggs.

Add Garlic salt and soy sauce.
