Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and washed
- 2 teaspoons raw sugar
- 1 bottle Prosecco
Procedure
Mix the strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let sit for thirty minutes. Blend the strawberries into a smooth pulp. Divide the pulp between six champagne flutes and top with prosecco.
