This recipe was designed for use with the Hurom Juicer.

Drink a cup of latte made from sweet potato in the morning. If you use sweet pumpkin or corn, you can make various special lattes.

Close the juice cap and the lever, and fill the chamber with milk.

Add sweet potato which has been cut into cube one by one.

Operate the machine until all ingredients are well mixed.

When extraction is almost finished, place the lever in half-opened position to release compressed pulp.

Tip: If you boil already cooked latte for a short time, you can enjoy warm latte or soup.
