Seared Skirt Steak

Serves: Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 17½ lbs skirt steak, trimmed
  • ⅓ cup This Little Goat went to Southeast Asia
  • Oil for cooking

Procedures:

Toss steak in Southeast Asia and allow to marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a griddle or large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add a splash of cooking oil. Sear steak for 3 minutes on either side. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
