Slow-Roasted Pork Loin with Korea Glaze

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless pork loin
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup This Little Goat Went to Korea
Procedure
Heat oven to 275 degrees
Heat a nonstick sauté pan over high heat. Season pork on all sides with salt and fresh cracked pepper. Add a splash of cooking oil and sear pork to a golden brown on all sides. Remove pork to a baking dish, turn heat down to medium and add butter and Korea Sauce. Whisk to combine. Brush pork on all sides with Korea/butter mixture, reserving the extra for the cooking process.
Add glazed pork to the oven. Brush with Korea/butter mix every half hour. Pork should roast for 1½ hours, until a thermometer reads 150 degrees. Remove from oven, glaze with remaining sauce and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
