Cranberry Buck

Cranberry Buck
Ingredients
  • 1 oz. Cran Orange Shrub
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • .5 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 oz. Big Gin
  • Ginger Beer (Q Recommended)

  • Cranberry Orange Shrub:
  • 2 cups whole cranberries
  • Peel from 1 orange
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar


Procedure
Simmer water, cranberries, orange peel and sugar over medium heat until the cranberries burst. Remove from heat and pour into a mason jar. Stir in apple cider vinegar. Refrigerate for 24 hours. The next day, strain out the cranberries and orange peel.

Garnish: Orange wheel with rosemary sprig inserted by the stem in the center.

Can be refrigerated for up to 4 months.
