Teriyaki & Grilled Pineapple Sliders
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. gras-fed ground beef
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 6 small pretzel buns
  • 6 pineapple ring slices
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • Green-leaf lettuce
  • Mayo
  • Salt and pepper for taste
Procedure
Add ground beef to a large bowl. Add minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, and pinch of salt. Mix well and form 6 small patties. Set to the side.

Heat your grill or grill pan to high heat. Once hot, add pineapple slices and cook until you have nice grill marks on both sides. About 1 minute each side.

Heat a cast iron skillet on medium-high heat. Add a little cooking oil. Season burger patties with salt and pepper on each side then add to the hot pan. Cook for about 2 minutes then flip, add cheese, cover with lid and cook until cheese is melted.

Cut buns in half and toast if desired. Add a little mayo and teriyaki sauce to each side of bun, then start assembling your sliders. Eat while hot and enjoy the game!
