Bell Pepper Margarita

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Blanco tequila
- 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz. Agave nectar
- 0.5 oz. Passion fruit liqueur
- 2 ds. Firewater Bitters (Scrappy’s makes a great one!)
- Garnish:
- 2 x ½" strips of bell pepper. (Picking different colored peppers is a nice touch!)
- Citrus salt:
- ¼ cup Pink Himalayan sea salt
- Zest of 1 lime
Procedure
Cut a lime in half. Rub the outside rim of your glass on the lime so it is covered with lime juice.
Roll the lime juice-covered portion of the rim in your citrus salt.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin.
Add ice and shake.
Strain over fresh ice into your salted double old fashioned glass.
