Class Description: Chase away the winter chill with a menu of comforting Scandinavian favorites. In this fun, hands-on class, our instructor will introduce you to traditional techniques for everything from quick curing to baking with whole grains and seeds. Plus, we’ll end on a sweet note with ebelskivers, scrumptious sphere-shaped stuffed pancakes.
