In this hands-on class, our instructor will walk you through the steps for making classic French onion soup with savory Gruyere croutons. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates learning secrets for pan roasting and creating incredible sauces and vinaigrettes from scratch. Plus, we’ll show you how to create a très délicieux chocolate crème brûlée.
