What you will learn
What could be more fun for teens than five days of hands-on cooking, where they'll make all their favorite summertime foods and make new friends too? Each day of our summer cooking series offers a unique adventure from our all-new menu for 2019. Teens will put on an apron and make their own restaurant-quality pizza from scratch, BBQ favorites, carnival classics and magical frozen desserts. The best part—they’ll get to eat everything they make! Plus, in our final class, they’ll get a chance to show off all the skills they’ve learned with a friendly Mystery Box team competition. Designed for ages 13-17, our all-new summer series makes the perfect foundation for a lifetime of great cooking, all while having fun and trying something new.
Classes run about two hours each and last for five consecutive days. Young chefs will enjoy generous samples of each delicious dish and take home a packet of recipes and a Sur La Table apron. Share your love of cooking and boost your teen's confidence in the kitchen with a culinary experience they’ll never forget.
Click the MENU tab above for more information about what kids will cook each day.
*Please note: This series is only available as a five-day series. No single-day enrollments.
